Why do I need an attorney?

You may need an attorney for a variety of reasons. Regardless of the type of case you find yourself in, having representation is always a benefit. Of course, lawyers are not needed for every situation, but if you aren't sure or if you feel you may be better represented by having a licensed advocate on your side, please give me a call.

What kind of law do you "specialize" in?

I limit my practice area to that of criminal defense (both Felony and Misdemeanor, as well as Juvenile and Adult), domestic relations issues (such as Divorce, Child Support/Custody, Modifications, etc.), as well as helping people that have suffered personal injury (such as a car wreck, slip and fall, etc.)

Will you "win" my case for me?

No attorney can predict the outcome of any case; regardless of his or her experience. I'm no different. I can, however, assure you that if you select me as your attorney, I will do everything I can to fairly and strongly advocate your claim.

How much do you charge?

Each case is unique and presents a different set of challenges.  For this reason, it is impossible to quote a fee until after I have spoken with you and fully evaluated your case to determine how much time may be required.  The easiest and quickest way to determine this is to set up a consultation with my office so we can discuss your case.  The consultation fee will be applied to your attorney’s fees in the event you hire me after our meeting.  Of course, consultations for matters relating to Personal Injury are free of charge.

Where do I park?

Parking downtown is a mess. There are a few 30 minute parking spots around the square. Most of my clients find it easiest to park in the city's parking deck at Fountain Cir. These are metered parking spots, so make sure you have change (I can reimburse you once you get here). I can also validate your parking if you park at the Church Street parking deck (2 blocks north of the courthouse).
